How to use this Website
Choose to look at instruments by brand, or instruments by type, using the menu on the left hand side. All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. If you bookmark products, the list of your bookmarked items will appear near the top left of the screen, where you can click to view a detailed list of these items. Cookies must be enabled for this feature to work.
You can add items to your shopping cart while you are browsing the website. It's best to have cookies enabled for this. When you add items to the cart, you will be taken to your shopping basket. You can get back to the page you were browsing by clicking on 'Continue Shopping' at the bottom of the page.
Once you have finished adding items and browsing the website, you can get back to your shopping basket by clicking on YOUR BASKET at the bottom of the screen. Review the items in your shopping cart (you can update quantities and delete items if you need to), and then click on 'proceed with order'. You will then be directed to our secure shopping cart pages, where you can choose to set up a username and password, and have your details remembered, or place your order without registering. Enter your billing and delivery address, and proceed to payment. Your order is not complete until you have entered your payment details and returned to the confirmation screen.
Payment
All payments to SoundBargain.co.uk are processed by Paypal. You don't have to have a Paypal account to pay by Paypal - you will be given the option to enter your credit or debit card details and pay without logging in to Paypal.
Payment is made at the time of placing your order, before the goods are shipped to you. If there is any reason why we can't send the goods, we will inform you and refund you within two working days. Paypal is a very easy, safe and secure way to pay - we don't see or store your payment details, and Paypal notify us straight away when payment is made.
Delivery
We are able to deliver goods to anywhere within Europe. Smaller items are sent by Royal Mail, and will not cost more than 3.00 GBP to the UK, or 7.50 GBP to the rest of Europe. Our minimum delivery charge is 1.50 GBP, for small orders to UK addresses.
Larger items are sent by DPD (next day service to mainland UK). The delivery charge is calculated by the overall weight of your order, and will not be more than 7.50 GBP to the UK Mainland, 16.50 GBP to Highlands and Islands, and 23.50 GBP to the rest of Europe.
If you are outside of the EU, we will deduct VAT from your order where applicable, and refund it to your Paypal account before we send the goods.
We aim to deliver all UK orders within 1 - 7 days (please allow extra time for orders to arrive outside the UK). If your order will take longer than this, we will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends & bank holidays), and you will have the option to amend or cancel your order if there are any problems. Items in stock at our dispatch centre are usually sent within 24 hours. Some items need to be sourced from our suppliers, which takes a couple of extra days. If this is the case we will contact you and let you know when to expect your order.
Returns
All items are on seven day approval, and if you change your mind for any reason, you can return the goods to us in brand new condition within seven days of you receiving them, for a full refund. However, we won't be able to refund shipping charges for items that are not faulty. Please email returns@soundbargain.co.uk for the return address and instructions.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will arrange to replace or repair it at no cost to you, and with minimum inconvenience. Please email returns@soundbargain.co.uk if you'd like to talk to us about a faulty item. Alternatively you can call us on 0845 260 4200.
All items are guaranteed for one year, so if any defects appear within this time that are not caused by inappropriate handling, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
